1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the service or product must be unused and in the same condition that it was provided. Any used or activated services are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return request and evaluate the issue, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping or transactional fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you`d like to modify your SMS campaign order (e.g., number of messages or plan level), please contact us within 3 days of purchase. Exchanges are only allowed before service activation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products and downloadable content.
  • Customized or personalized SMS templates or campaigns.
  • Used or consumed SMS credits.

5. Service Issues

If you encounter issues such as failed SMS delivery due to technical errors on our part, please report them immediately. We will offer a suitable resolution including resending credits or refunds, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Return Costs

Since our services are digital, there are no physical shipping costs. However, if a refund is issued due to our error, we will ensure that you are not charged any administrative or gateway fees.

7. Processing Time

All eligible refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
